Lluís Batlle i Rossell f2f50c42d2 gcc47: adding --with-float option to gcc builder ...

Meant for cross-building. I need that for the raspberrypi
bootstrap-tools. Before this, its bootstrap-tools gcc built
for softfloat by default.
